Personally I am a fan of the slow and steady prove there low tech fraud that was turned up to 11 in as many states as possible. Especially in GA, WI, and AZ. Those are the closest by raw number and gets to 269. This is the only way to show that Trump really won.
Both Barnes and Sekulow prefer this case as quick and efficient. But to me it plays to the public as a trick. They don’t even need to prove fraud under the basic premise of the suit.
Could anybody give some thoughts that, if this was the best winning strategy, why did we wait all of these weeks to file this?
