The Texas case covered PA and 3 other states. Why would SCOTUS rule on 2 cases that cover the same information? The Texas case is much stronger and has a lot more to it. So they ditch the baby case to hear the big case that covers it all. This is not bad news.
If they ruled right now, they would be seen as creating momentum for overruling the election.
Rep. Kelly's case wouldn't impact the national election and therefore didn't need to be rushed. Texas's case, however, would deny Biden the required 270 electoral votes and send the election to the state or perhaps federal legislatures to decide the winner. That one's more appropriate to be heard by the SCOTUS in the next few weeks versus Kelly's more narrow case.
PA wasn't ruled on. They denied emergency injunction to decertify Penn's election results. They are still going to hear the case.
Also, yeah, Texas' case likely includes details from Penn's case.
Relax. Denial of the requested injunction is NOT the same as case dismissed. The Kelly and Parnell case will have its day in court.
Im guessing they dont want 2 redundant rulings. Kelly lawsuit remedies will be covered in TX lawsuit remedies
It is still pending.
It does that’s why it’s not a big deal.
case is still pending the injunctive relief was denied.
Waste of time. Texas lawsuit that was put on docket kills 2 birds with 1 stone.
It only denies the injunctive relief. It's not off the docket.

24 hour rule may apply here. Facts will be clarified as time goes on.
Would you still punish a child for stealing candy If someone came into your house claiming he had killed a cat?
Yes. Two wrongs don’t make a right that just make a bigger ass-whooping.
/this is strange. i don't see how. maybe he was threatened?
Yea that’s what I’m thinking. The case that was dismissed was the one brought by Sean Parnell, not the trump team
We have a much bigger case with the Texas/State's coalition.
We only have so much time for the justices to review cases.
I hope that helps you.
