She totally got this wrong. The case is still going to be heard, the injunctive relief was denied. Not the same thing.

It's a heavy case no doubt, but that's the sort of case the SC is made for.

It's a pretty big leap from "these swing states were all so compromised by fraud that our (Texas's) voters were disenfranchised" to "we don't like how they do voter id".

Your argument is that the Supreme Court would never take up any case, because a case with less merit could be brought that has similar features.

The case is pending. The application for injunctive relief is denied. They can still rule on the case and throw out the votes later. Stop dooming.
