It may come to secession. If States are no longer franchised in the Republic, then they have no responsibility to remain in said Republic.

Absolutely. The commie left sees the country as their personal sandbox, like mob rule is gonna fly outside of their twitter safe spaces

They are about to get a rude fuckin wake up call

2
PurestEvil 2 points ago +2 / -0

Commies want to merge and rule everything anyway, a secession is not in their best interest. They may just peddle it for sensationalism. They want to unify the world to one big homogeneous blob.

Anyway, be prepared for big things to happen in the following weeks or months.

This is the beginning of the end of the Kleptocrat party.

China brings egg rolls to everyone in the chat , they had bought us a beautiful women but Eric swalwell got to her first.

2
MAGA_or_GTFO 2 points ago +2 / -0

Swalwell probably farted on her.

Then jizzed on himself before getting it in.

Then mumbled some libtard nonsense and farted again

noone is seceding

there may be some serious ass kicking

commies heads getting cracked open

but let's table that for now....let the jury box do its thing.

1
clocker23 1 point ago +1 / -0

We are NOT letting them have anything. This is OUR COUNTRY. The Leftist/Marxists/Socialist have to go. Or die. They can choose, at the beginning....

7
Man15 7 points ago +7 / -0

If it comes to secession, I’ll be stuck on the other side. And I cannot move under any circumstances for family reasons. #feelsbadman. Guess I’ll have to lead my own French Resistance 😂

4
Billybobcuccio 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yes me as well. Viva la resistance 🇺🇸 1776 brother.

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

No seceeding! Give no quarter. They get nothing but lead

88
csf97 [S] 88 points ago +88 / -0

Not sure as an Alabamian how I feel about this, but at least he is watching and will act if necessary.

97
Nevercommunism55 97 points ago +97 / -0

Fellow Bamapede here, more of the same from our weak willed cuck politicians. They will jump in if victory seems certain.

69
paulie99 69 points ago +70 / -1

North Alabama Pede here. Our AG waiting for a decision to instruct him how to proceed. Sir, I will remember this. Pepe farm remembers.

34
Nevercommunism55 34 points ago +34 / -0

Our RINOs our awfully RINOy. I will always be ashamed because of Sessions.

21
ValkyrieHoneybadger 21 points ago +21 / -0

Then there is Gov Mamaw that was a Democrat until 2002.

15
Maga4Demmies 15 points ago +15 / -0

She’s RINO through and through. I thought Montgomery & Birmingham were gonna steal and I was scared to death because I knew she’d be a Kemp.

16
ValkyrieHoneybadger 16 points ago +16 / -0

Stealing Alabama would have been too obvious.

They been playin the GA is purple shit forever.

But I see a Quail hunting accident in Kemps future.

8
Maga4Demmies 8 points ago +8 / -0

I thought the same thing, but the numerous CNN articles stating Alabama may flip blue started giving me anxiety. I knew it was impossible for a legitimate, legal flip so I couldn’t tell if it was a buildup to the steal.

4
MAGA_or_GTFO 4 points ago +4 / -0

I see Gitmo in his future.

His SOS as well.....bought and paid for traitors and scum

Didn't I read on that list of Pompeo's that Alabama's gov. was listed as "friendly" to China?

10
paulie99 10 points ago +10 / -0

We'll be fixing that too.

8
wake_up33 8 points ago +8 / -0

I was thinking when I read that, it's not the Alabama I have known.

4

4

We need to replace Shelby too.

16
VolareVia 16 points ago +17 / -1

On the surface this looks bad, but by the same token, Alabama getting involved doesn't necessarily improve the odds that the case will succeed. Them getting involved now might be pointless...

23
Nevercommunism55 23 points ago +23 / -0

I hear what you’re saying, as an Alabamian, I wanna see our state officials do something for once.

12
ValkyrieHoneybadger 12 points ago +12 / -0

Right? Fuckin Mamaw is useless.

11
Nevercommunism55 11 points ago +11 / -0

Worse than. She was a Democrat officially until 2002, came from the education field (over ran with lefties) and was at the top of the Chinese friendly governors list.

12
ValkyrieHoneybadger 12 points ago +12 / -0

Then she keeps issuing the unlawful mask order every 30 days.

She is only in because Bentley was forced out. By most standards of politics...Bentley did nothing wrong. If he were a Dem he never would have resigned.

5
Nevercommunism55 5 points ago +5 / -0

Like Trump, he was never supposed to be there.

10
VolareVia 10 points ago +11 / -1

Fair enough. I'm from Canada, so I'm basically just cheering you guys on at this point. I'm used to doing nothing because I can't really do anything...

10

iamherefortheluls 11 points ago +11 / -0

given that they admit fraud took place and condemn it, it looks to me as if Alabama is on board. There would be little point in joining Texas suit at this point - it won't affect the outcome.

However if Texas suit fails, Alabama may try its own suit with different reasoning.

4
Nevercommunism55 4 points ago +5 / -1

When given the choice to do what is right, and what is not right, the cucks in Montgomery will always choose the latter.

8
bill_in_texas 8 points ago +8 / -0

Looks like y'all elected to just sit by and watch from the cheap seats. Disappointing.

5

I like your attitude, however, don’t underestimate the commies.

19

27
Nevercommunism55 27 points ago +29 / -2

I’m just saying, don’t underestimate your enemy. The Bolsheviks were a minority in a minority party. They won a civil war and took over the largest empire in the world. That being said, I’m with you and wanna stack commies so high aircraft would have to plan their flight paths around them.

16
Mathetai 16 points ago +17 / -1

Nailed it. We are watching a rerun of bolshevism in America. As easily observed in the very recent history of Russia, a gradual institution of godless authoritarianism in America has now reached its culmination. Interesting that they both occurred in the second decades (roughly) of their respective centuries. It is now up to us which way we will chose as a people. Obsequious enslavement or an organized galvanized defense? I think one thing the human architects of our forced servitude neglected to, or could not accurately account for, is the difference between Americans and Russians.

7
thewashambro 7 points ago +7 / -0

The Bolsheviks weren't soyboys. They were the farmers and people with guns.

6
Nevercommunism55 6 points ago +7 / -1

I have spent time in Russia and have to disagree with your assessment of their current politics. They are pretty based. Much of what Americans know of Russia is propaganda.

5
Mathetai 5 points ago +5 / -0

i mean up from like 1880-1980

1
Nevercommunism55 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yes, I have many friends their and my ex was from there. Historically, the Russian people have never had it so good. They have a very sad history.

3
JesusisKing 3 points ago +3 / -0

But who? Who would be out to end the two largest Christian power centers on Earth? Whooooo

2
Mathetai 2 points ago +2 / -0

Prepare for the worst. Always.

13
KickingPugilist 13 points ago +14 / -1

The communists are on the verge of stealing our country. The police have been subverted in states across the nation where they allow chaos to ensure.

The media has been coopted.

Schools.

Lots of higher ups in the military.

It's not the soy boy AIDS Skrillex you have to worry about.

5
Nevercommunism55 5 points ago +6 / -1

This.

Unfortunately. We have a rough row to hoe if it comes to armed conflict. Yet we can win.

4

and after we are done with China...let Japan rule over them

Japs know how to really crack the whip....at least they used to.

1
Sorosis 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's not the soldiers that are a concern, it's the supplies. China can provide large quantities of supplies via ports in California. It's not clear how much of the military, airforce, or navy would be on our side. Also the probability of dying in a modern war increase substantially with height. It's better to be short.

2
TrustingGod 2 points ago +2 / -0

No, like the old money 'bolshevicks'/elites & communist china

2
MAGA_or_GTFO 2 points ago +2 / -0

Correct....also no mercy to commies, gloves off.

But not yet....patience.

10

6
Nevercommunism55 6 points ago +7 / -1

There is truth in what you say, however I’m not sure the number is a high as you suggest. The majority of personnel in Combat Arms and Operations, to this day, come from the South, Texas, and the Red counties of California. There are many legacy families, I come from one, that are multigenerational military families. In combat arms and ops, there is a strong rightwing sentiment. In a civil war, I believe the military would fracture.

Talking out both sides of his face

9
iamherefortheluls 9 points ago +9 / -0

There is no legal advantage to be gained by another state joining the lawsuit now that it has been docketed.

Before it was accepted, having more States put their weight behind it might have been a consideration. Now though it would be an empty gesture.

However by not joining the lawsuit, my understanding is that Alabama retains better position to possible launch its own lawsuit with alternate arguments is the Texan one fails.

4
Maga4Demmies 4 points ago +4 / -0

That’s how I interpreted it as well. I’m emailing regardless though.

3
Sorosis 3 points ago +3 / -0

I don't think that's the aim tbh. The Texas case is very clear cut. If that case fails, I doubt a similar case would succeed. Our AL officials are a joke.

27
ValkyrieHoneybadger 27 points ago +27 / -0

Bama pedes...you have one job.

Email the AG faggot Steve Marshall every day and get frens and fam to do the same.

13
ValkyrieHoneybadger 13 points ago +13 / -0

So...are they waiting for SCOTUS to accept the case or decide the case?

8
iamherefortheluls 8 points ago +8 / -0

I think SCOTUS already accepted it.

Tbf, there is zero to be gained at this point by more states jumping it. It would be a show of solidarity only.

Perhaps if Texas case fails, another state may bring forth a suit with better arguments.

4
ValkyrieHoneybadger 4 points ago +4 / -0

More states joining sends a message to SCOTUS.

Sessions was no better than Jones. Moore was no better than Sessions. As a Bama pede, most Alabamian’s only care about the presidential election. Everyone else running is a Democrat or RINO, so no one cares. I am ecstatic that Tuberville beat Jones though. Hopefully this whole election has woken Alabama back up to remember the importance of voting red and STAYING red.

6
Damiano 6 points ago +8 / -2

I don’t see this as a bad thing. As others have noted, piling on the TX case doesn’t do a whole lot to carry it over the finish line.

The point the AG makes about “informing” his decision on how to proceed is important. There are a variety of strategies and questions of law that can be pursued. However TX turns out will inform that strategy.

As strongly worded letters go, I will call this an acceptable one. For now.

5
chipitin 5 points ago +5 / -0

Don’t like how he just passed the ball ... he should sue directly or join the Texas suit
