given that they admit fraud took place and condemn it, it looks to me as if Alabama is on board. There would be little point in joining Texas suit at this point - it won't affect the outcome.
However if Texas suit fails, Alabama may try its own suit with different reasoning.
This is good even if AG doesn't act because it puts on public record that this is not just Trump Campaign rhetoric it's a genuine constitutional controversy
