either way,the other tx lawsuit covers it all, no point in having two if in fact i am wrong as i feel you may be right, but scotus is scotus that is federal jurdistiction so wouldnt the same crime under fed jur. be double jepo
I agree that they will probably concentrate on the Texas lawsuit, but I believe double jeopardy only applies to criminal law. I could be off the mark, but who knows
