"The application for injunctive relief presented to Justice Alito and by him referred to the Court is denied"

THE CASE IS STILL PENDING. DON'T BELIEVE FAKE NEWS.

From the filing:

CONCLUSION For the foregoing reasons, this Court should grant Applicants’ request for an emergency writ of injunction (or alternatively a stay of lower proceedings), grant certiorari on the questions presented herein, treat the Application papers as a merits briefing, and issue a merits decision as soon as practicable.

The Texas case effectively superseded it

No. People need to chill for once and stop jumping the gun.

The injunction was denied, not the entire case.

Holy shit, people just can't stop falling for fake news!

They probably think the Texas lawsuit has more merit and addresses the same issues.

The Texas suit is a stronger case in the long run. If Texas didn't file, then the Pennsylvania suit probably would have gone through and could have failed in trial. Take a little time and read some of the comments on the page. Many other peds have detailed the Texas suit.
