Little confused as the article is short and packed with info. Could someone clarify because it says it was denied due to "timely" submission issues but then says Alito was waiting on response from Democrats...then something about blocking the electors...?
I am not understanding what then intent was - mail in ballot and/or electors...then if it was dismissed why wait on response from Dems?
Also, why can't both cases be heard? Wouldn't that set precedent ahead of big case?
Oh, look, another keyboard warrior talking big and not reading carefully.
Read the other posts about this on NEW and elsewhere.
Goddamnit, this fake nonsense is everywhere now.
The injunction was denied, the actual case is pending. Chill.
Read a civics and law book then come back when you know something, otherwise shut your cock smoker

The case is still pending.
Relax Jack. That case is not the end-all-be-all of the universe. We are waiting to hear about the TX case.
