She had a human father did she not? Is Jesus' birth not significant because he had no human father? Are you saying that Jesus had to be born without a human father to attain perfection but Mary didn't because she was already sinless?
If she's so special, why does she have no books in Bible and why is she mentioned in only a small part of the Gospel?

Of course they're relevant. There are many mysteries in the Bible that people debate about now still but one thing for certain is that the Bible does not teach us to pray to Mary or that there are any patron saints that should be prayed to. In fact, quite the opposite in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd commandments.
Any diversion of attention from the Trinity is a just that: a diversion.
