If I understand it correctly the lawsuit seeks that PA,MI,WI, and GA elections be voided and sent to their respective legislators to assign electoral college votes per the constitution.

Our other path is that the legislators don't send any elector.

In that case we go to a contingent election in Congress where we should win

In the event of a contingent election, all 50 states get one vote, right?

We can be confident if the state legislatures don't follow the will of their voters that the words Texas BBQ will take on new meaning in Ga, PA, Mi and WI
