Not suing the president, but apparently this is possible. There is precedent in the past where a Governor was removed 2 years after inauguration because of election fraud. The same applies to president as well, but it has never been done before.

Joe Biden would be the president then and have to be impeached. This is why everything is on the table to stop this from hapening.

The problem with that is that the constitution clearly states the president will be elected by the electors technically speaking a candidate can lose a certain state and those electors can defect and vote for the other candidate and if it was a close race that other candidate that normally would not have won the election would win and there’s nothing anyone can do about it so in short once the electors vote it’s game over
