I'm having trouble finding it written down anywhere that because the case was docketed today, this deadline does not apply.

Since it's a Constitutional issue, it's prolly being electoral college, electors, certifications etc. But it would have to take major stones for scotus to rule election practices "unconstitutional" being state SCs views. But, if à dozen more states join TX & LA, can even scotus ignore an argument made on behalf of a hundred million citizens?

If Jenna says it doesn't matter, then it doesn't matter (you can look up the statement on her twitter I think). If they aren't worried, neither are we!

Save your time and spam your AG if they're not already on the Tx train.

That is a guideline.

The truth is everything is a guideline. The coercivity of laws derive of them making sense, making life more comfortable and being agreed upon.

Once that chain is broken the constraints are off the table. The SCOTUS does not play contained by the same rules the lower courts do.

If SCOTUS wants to hear the case the day before of the inauguration, sustain all its effects and grant Trump 2 more years and an election in 2022 SCOTUS CAN.

Sure as hell they'd like fast, clean and right, but they will take slow, torturous and right too if need be.

Lol no. SCOTUS does not get to decide who the president is.

SCOTUS can just give a suggestion to who the states should nominate. The best scenario for us is that after suggestion from SCOTUS the legislatures of the swing states withdraw the electors. Then we can win a contingent election in Congress

They literally will in this election just like they did with Bush.

They didn't rule that Bush was going to be President. They just rules about stopping the count. They didn't throw away votes
