You only have a higher risk of coming into contact with the virus in closed spaces with no circulation, ie. Any big box corporate store etc.

Went out tonight for a birthday party, no masks, indoors at restaurant in Southern California. Signed a recall Newsum petition on the way out. The service was good, food good but not great. I live in California and can confirm the hearing took place. Judge was not happy and scolded the County.

The judge ruled against the County, but the since Newsom issued a state ban after the lawsuit was filed, outdoor dinning is still banned. Another lawsuit needs to be filed against the state.
Many restaurants are telling the CA government "fuck you" and are staying open. They are putting signs up that they are engaging in "peaceful protest" since officials said protesting was exempt from the unconstitutional rules.

Los Angeles county has had some of the most restrictive rules in the country for the last 9 months, but they still account for 8,000 (39.4%) of CA's 20,261 deaths. And 32.8% of CA's "Cases". Though they are only 25.6% of the population.
The restrictions don't make people safer.
