Los Angeles county has had some of the most restrictive rules in the country for the last 9 months, but they still account for 8,000 (39.4%) of CA's 20,261 deaths. And 32.8% of CA's "Cases". Though they are only 25.6% of the population.

The restrictions don't make people safer.
