Not just outdoor dining. Indoor too is moderate risk at best. I’m tired of this nonsense of sitting outside magically making you immune. Nobody is eating outside in December. Get real.

This is in Los Angeles. I am in San Diego and it was in the low 70’s today. Shorts and sandals weather. Outdoor dining is year round in SoCal. But yes, restrictions on indoor dining is also an abuse of power.
