Glowing means like undercover FBI or other agency trying infiltrate this site to gaslight people to talk about doing illegal things ie "we should all meet on Congress steps and just start shooting" or stuff along those lines. It is derived from 4chan which would call other anons "glow n***ers" when those types of comments were made. Glowing because they are so obvious and stick out.
