U/mishaclara - time to save the nation again. We’ve got a new list to send out to everyone. To get them to call/email the legislators from the battleground states if SCOTUS flips it to them to decide. U/Schroeder created it. Below is what I’ve been putting. Texas to the rescue!

Time to get people on the phone to the legislators of the battleground states. If SCOTUS defers to them to select electors, then we need to be POLITELY busting their door down with what the people want. YOU DO NOT NEED TO LIVE IN THESE STATES TO CONTACT THEM. EVERY PEDE CONTACT THEM ALL. Nice spreadsheet of emails and phone numbers already compiled. Thanks u/schroeder09

They have an acting AG right now. And I think the governor is chucked...not sure an acting AG would sign on.

In case you don't know what to write, here's what I sent to my State Attorney General:

Attorney General Slatery,

As a resident of the Second Judicial District, I am writing to urge you to publicly voice your support for the Motion docketed before the Supreme Court by the State of Texas against the States of Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania.

The case presented by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton on the grounds that by making bureaucratic changes to election law, those states bypassed their legislatures and ultimately violated the equal protection clause of the Constitution, is not without merit. By finessing the law to allow hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots to be accepted without scrutiny, those States disenfranchised voters like myself who live in States where election integrity is bolstered by ID verification. If I have to have my identity verified in order for my vote to be cast, so too should those persons who mail in their ballots.

It is vital to the security of our State and ultimately our Nation, that the integrity of our election system be held to the highest standard. There is a reason that it is considered to be critical infrastructure.

The Volunteer State stands with Texas and I would urge you to support the Texas Attorney General in this endeavor.

Very Respectfully,

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

Excellent! I live in WI, not in either of the 2 Counties that've been scrutinized. I was mailed two ballots, separately, neither of which I requested. Everybody else got that too.

This fraud is quite a bit more extensive than anyone is addressing

Thanks for doing the leg work and providing the contact information. Here’s what I sent (plagiarized & modified from another post):

Attn: Attorney General Bridget Hill

As you know, Texas has filed a brief with the US Supreme Court regarding the 2020 General election fraud that is well documented in the listed defendant states. Specifically with regards to making last-minute unlawful & unconstitutional changes to election laws regarding mail-in voting that violated statutes enacted by their duly-elected legislature. These states not only tainted the integrity of their own citizen’s vote, but they tainted the election for the citizens of every state in the nation that held lawful elections.

I kindly but firmly ask that you JOIN the lawsuit as soon as possible, as well as make a public statement in support of the State of Texas in their pursuit.

Thank You,

I live in WI and contacted all R State legislators in swing States, twice. Per the list furnished by our OP here! One NV legislator responded that she can't do anything as a freshman in the minority party. They are out of session til February.

At least she responded!

Nice! Just submitted mine to our AG here in Kansas through their online form. Here's my quick and dirty message:

Attn: Attorney General Derek Schmidt

As you know, Texas has filed their brief with the US Supreme Court regarding the current 2020 General election fraud that is well documented for those states using the Dominion Voting System(s).

I would kindly ask that you make a public statement in support of the State of Texas and specifically JOIN the lawsuit as soon as possible.

Thank you, (My name)

I just emailed them all. I started with your letter, and added more detail as follows:

Dear Attorney General:

As you know, Texas has filed their brief with the US Supreme Court regarding the current 2020 General election fraud. As a resident of Wisconsin I would kindly ask that you make a public statement in support of the State of Texas and specifically JOIN the lawsuit as soon as possible. The fraud is 1000 times worse than anything you’ve heard! For example, I do not live in either of the two Counties scrutinized, yet I received a mail in ballot two separate times, neither of which I requested. As did everyone else. While my County clerk is great, she couldn’t do anything to stop the fraudulent practices in my County, nor throughout the State. There is simply no way to arrive at an honest vote count. Recount efforts in the two Counties scrutinized were a travesty, with Republican poll observers identified as such while Democrat observers were not identified. Not only was there no ability to observe the count, but Republican observers were removed from the premises unjustly. Worse, Police Officers aided that, acting under color of law which is a very serious criminal charge, entirely separate from violating election law. Other named States engaged in practices that were arguably worse, violating all semblance of having poll watchers and violating many other election laws.

These States should sadly have our popular vote thrown out and proceed onto the next Constitutional step.

Thank you!

Thanks for this, just emailed my NH AG. Made a few changes obviously, but I think it'll get my point across. If NH doesn't join this, I'll wouldn't be surprised but I'm going to do what I can. Live Free or Die. That's our fucking motto. If NH doesn't support this and Biden gets into office, we lose our freedom, we lose our votes, and we die. With that said, I highly doubt we'll be joining this lawsuit because of how small we are. We just want to be left alone.

2
CuomoisaMassMurderer 2 points ago +2 / -0

We cannot entertain any possibility that Biden gets inaugurated. There are many steps left, and some that we can't come back from once started. Rubicon Don!

Live free or die - and ain't no motherfucker been able to kill me yet!

I got an auto reply from NH and a personalized response from Arkansas.

3
Vox_Dobad 3 points ago +3 / -0

I sent emails to all my reps and the governor (ID) first thing this morning. I haven't heard back either, but I'm hoping that means they're being overwhelmed.

The AG's voicemail box is full, so I'm taking that as a positive sign

Alright everyone...we called and emailed the AG’s, time to let our voices be heard from the legislators who might have the power WHEN SCOTUS rules in favor of TEXAS.

If you're in MA, call the Governor/AG office and demand answers about whether Donald Trump winning will impact soymilk shipments to your local Whole Foods. Tell them that you are an AIDS-positive trans person of color and are scared of food insecurity.

Tell them that this is an emergency because of your gluten sensitivity.

Demand to speak to the manager if they tell you that they "will get back to you."

Call repeatedly.

Edit: don't forget to use ebonics.

1
KitchenBitch 1 point ago +1 / -0

Ohio is form submission rather than e-mail. I submitted my form so some poor lackey can add it to the pile of never to be read "inquiries." It feels so pointless to reach out to the do nothings. Why aren't there more jobless, live in moms basement Republican kids that we can send out to riot and destroy shit? Why aren't Republicans funding riot squads like the left does? Paid protesting doesn't have to belong to the left.

1
ConTexYankee [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

Well because republicans are more traditional valued and hopefully raising responsible kids. I know I am. Sir, ma’am, chores, no endless electronics, must maintain A’s in school, get a job at 16 to learn more work ethic and pay for insurance and gas on car, etc. I’d never send my kids to riot. EVER! Peaceful protest, march, but never riot.

Just my two cents.

1
KitchenBitch 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah. I was kind of being sarcastic. Responsible people don't riot or form squads. My kids are in college and have jobs and don't have time to start autonomous zones on top of everything else.
