Basically moved it to the side because the Texas and Louisiana cases will address the same issues but on a grander scale. Residual ruling with trickle down
Basically, the PA lawsuit was filed into the SCOTUS for emergency injunction, not a decision. This basically means that the case wanted the SCOTUS to make a quick decision for now and wanted them to temporarily block PA from seating electors. Alito and the rest of the SCOTUS had denied this injunction. Again, this does NOT mean the case has been dismissed or denied, or that the case has no merit, it simply means that the SCOTUS doesn’t wish to get involved in the case yet. The case is still pending and can still be accepted by the SCOTUS.
Now regarding if this is a good or bad thing: It depends. For the most part, it doesn’t really mean anything considering we now have the Texas case, which will be the big decider of everything. However, you could interpret the SCOTUS not granting an emergency injunction as that they might do the same thing with the Texas case. Again, this does not mean the case will be denied, it just means the SCOTUS doesn’t want to make a quick and temporary decision.

Still a open case. Election is still contested. Will be addressed in Texas case. Safe harbor does not apply.
