It is not an injunction, by my reading. It is a notice that injunction is requested, and that those states must respond.

It is a good thing in the sense that the court took up the case. But we know that already.

Yes but I didn't know this! I missed everything today because I was working so I am glad someone posted this! What the hell happened today that I missed?!

Texas sued MI, WI, Ga and PA. it's a good strong suit. With luck, someone will also sue regarding Foster v Love, since that is settled law, 9-0 SCOTUS decision from 1997 that no votes can be counted after midnight election night.

SCOTUS is fast tracking this.

In other news, it looks like the AZ supreme court fucked us over again, but it also looks like our legislature may decide to do their jobs.

Can you tell me what is the reason for az sc rejected the case? We established 3% error rate for duplicate ballots and 11% for mail in ballots, that is enough for overturning the result.

What is next step? Can they appeal to SC?

here is what AP had to say : https://apnews.com/article/joe-biden-donald-trump-state-courts-arizona-phoenix-b5f66c3a09414d4934420dbd0f9889f2

utter bullshit and entirely expected from them at this point. I don't think kelli Ward is done yet, we shall see. And I hope our legislature actually does do their job.

No mentioning of 11% mail in ballots signatures at all. So we are now at a point that mismatched signature is not equal to fraud, so the ballots will be counted automatically unless someone prove it to be otherwise.

Yep, that about sums it up. When I called Texas AG to thank them for their case at SCOTUS, I asked them to please sue us too. And mention Foster v Love when they do.

Thank you for updating me on this! Much appreciated Pede! I am not surprised about Arizona at all... those fuckers have been playing games this entire time.

Yeah I know, I have to live with these asshats for the time being. We are going to GTFO in the New Year, if not sooner depending on what kind of shit hits the fan.

Other stuff happened here and there too but that is the big stuff anyway.

Oh yeah, those Antifa idiots set up another CHAZ in Portland, in a place called the Red House of all things. The cops were told to stand down. Antifa slashed their freaking tires, and there they are on video fleeing the scene on flats, with other cops running after them. Ridiculous shit altogether.

Wait, what hap w AZ?

I thought that the legislators decided that they would decertify & choose their own electors?

Daniel Mc Carthy was saying he had a letter to that effect. I am still trying to track down whether they actually got around to doing something despite old Rusty deciding to take the house out of session because COVID. I know they made an announcement yesterday and a another statement somewhere today, but we have had a local news blackout on everything that is making getting details tough.

Last I checked they had 28 on the letter. We shall see. Most of their voicemail boxes were full by mid afternoon, phones not being answered, super long hold times then a disconnect. The same shit I get from my local asshats here in Tucson.

As to the court, Our supreme court pulled the typical asshattery and tossed out Kelli Ward's request to count more votes, along with a bunch of other stuff. Here is AP's take on it, be advised there is probably spin in there and lots of it.

I wish to hell Texas would sue us lol. When I called them to thank them for their lawsuit, I asked the nice lady on the phone to tell Paxton to add AZ to his suit, on the grounds of Foster v. Love if nothing else.

Thanks for this info.

I suppose the legislature should have their power, and doesn’t need the state Supreme Court to tell them they can choose electors. But the court did stop them from checking more ballots.

No evidence of voter fraud or election fraud has emerged during this election season in Arizona.

Hmm 🤔 didn’t Matt Braynard evidence show that just in maricopa county alone, there were enough illegal voters to turn the election??

2
Serioussurfaholic 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yep. That whole hearing showed more than enough evidence, and I am sure if we actually got to see our public records and count everything there would be much more and not just in Maricopa. But with the SoS we have, and our subversive county recorders, good luck with that. Our asshat governor 100% knows there is fraud, that is why he certified while the dang hearing was going on. I never did like that man.

All these years while everyone has been focused on senate and rep races, the leftists have been packing the courts, the SoS offices, the county recorder's, AGs, even sheriffs along with school boards and other things.

That is a big big part of this problem. The left has a 60+ year head start in this war, and they entered a new phase of it election night.

I might be even mistaken on court taking the case. We'll see.

I will go read up on what I missed today! Thanks for providing your opinion though, it's been hard trying to verify what's true or not over the last few weeks.
