UPDATE TO CLARIFY: Looking to buy two books on the US constitution.

A small quick reference book would be great and then a bigger deeper one also. Would love recommendations from any Patriots here. Ideally would like a book that includes information on all the amendments, not just the first 10 but others beyond it since those include some extra rights.

I GOT THIS

ITS "THE MAKING OF AMERICA" by Cleon Skousen 900 pages of primary source Founder correspondence and goodness of how and why each article was written.

Hands down.

For a fun read though pick up 1776 - i read in almost one sitting its so good

I would suggest you simply read the document itself a few times. it is straightforward and self explanatory.

For insight on all the original stuff, read The Federalist papers, and the Anti-Federalist papers. Plenty of links online, including at the library of Congress last I checked.

To really understand the Constitution reading The Federalist and the Anti Federalist Papers is critical.
