The prequels were way better than anyone gave them credit for and I'd love to go back and tell all the people who were absolutely enraged about it what would happen with disney
Disney absolutely ruined Star Wars. It was masterclass in how to fuck up a franchise. I did like Rogue one but that only worked because they had to work within Lucas’ framework.
Compared to the Disney movies, Attack of the Clones is Empire. I also feel that that's why the prequel hate has fizzled out the past 5 or so years, everyone realized "Compared to Mar-Rey Sue, Anakin talking about how he doesn't like sand isn't that bad."
The first Disney one was an inferior clone of a new hope, but with better special effects. The next two were new stories, but didn't feel like they belong in the series. The side stories were ok, when viewed as fan fiction. Imo
I watched the first one in the theater.
But then I stopped going to the movie theater because everything was garbage.
And I happily skipped every subsequent Star Wars movie because by the time that they got to home theater, it was clear those were flaming garbage, too.
I watched Star Wars in an over capacity theatre in 1977 sitting on my Dad’s lap in a folding chair in front of the front row, craning my neck straight up the whole time. Even with all that it was tits.
Good lord I am actually watching A New Hope as I type this.
I agree. Revenge of the Sith has aged well. It's better than 99% of all the shitty movies that have come out over the past decade.

Attack of the Clones earned all the hate it got.
Revenge of the Sith was the best of the prequels, and is relevant today.
For me it goes:
New Hope
Empire
Jedi
Revenge of the Sith
Phantom Menace
Attack of the Clones
Disney movies are non-canon as they were simply fan fiction stories with a massive production value.

I'd switch the bottom two, personally.

I don’t consider anything released after Return of the Jedi to be of any value. The prequels were garbage, the Disney movies are worse.
The Mandolorian is good, though. I like it in spite of my deep seating hatred for literally everyone (except Gina Carson) involved.
What the actual hell. I watched Revenge last night. Planning on A New Hope tonight.
Not planning on watching the JJ/Johnson abominations, but I might watch Rogue One again.
I've not even subjected myself to watch the latest SW Trilogy. I'm pretty sure I'm better off not having watched it lol

Rogue One was... okay. Solo was... okay.
None of them really can hold a candle to the original films. Not by a long shot.
