My understanding is that it blocks certification and appointment of electors. I - believe- they could produce a remedy (which results in geotus receiving EC votes, as per the fraud is from the mail in votes) but the idea is to get to congress, where each state gets one vote and not every blue state will have sat their reps. So that's like 35/19 rep/dem.
That doesn't mean the ruling SCOTUS makes would be ON fraud, but I wonder of the evidence of fraud will be used as support / to make the case that not only did they violate the Constitution, but that it also changed the results of the election.
I listened, great interview but I didn't hear him mention fraud... and just by the way this is actually Jordan Sekulow, son of Jay, but I think they work together in the law firm.
