I read that Goldman Sachs is moving its $8 billion asset management business from NYC to Florida.

According to Democrat scholars, the only reason Elon is rich is because he made thousands of other people poor

Everything is moving to conservative states. TX is taking most of the transplants. Housing market here is booming. I know a doctor who just got out of practicing medicine and into real estate. He's making 10X's what he was making as a doctor.

Economy in TX is very diverse. We have oil, gas, fracking, plastics, world class medical research and facilities, tourism and IT. There is even a real copy of the Declaration of Independence in the Dallas library on display. One of only two on display. Effin cool. I stared at it for 15 minutes.

They lost Toyota Motor Company and it’s luxury brand, Lexus also. Whole operation was in Torrance, CA. Now it’s all in Texas. Suck it, CA.

California had a proposal to tax everyone who moved out of state for the next two years. good luck with taxation without representation after this election.

No, Texas just lost big. Too many companies coming to Texas, they're nullifying the Texans. Hell, look at Austin.

The companies come here and leave the Ferrel drones behind. Lots of Texans want jobs

Yea, but they don't. They never have. I was born and raised in Texas, you can down vote me all you want, but it won't change the facts. The more tech companies like this that come to Texas from California, the more and more leftist Texas becomes.
