I think businesses in these lockdown heavy states should sue for eminent domain of the economy and their business rights and pay them at least 1x of net income (based on an average of sales for 2-3 years) if the business is still afloat and 3xs if not.
And this is while we're running dead last in unemployment recovery because we never really reopened, and now are locked down stricter than in April!!
