Stinchfield says the PA case was thrown out? Others saying it hasn't been? Any experts that can tell me what has happened?

Mark Levin was saying different, and his wife is on the legal team for the Kelly lawsuit. I don't know what to believe.

I think he called this one wrong, the spin is wrong:

Sadly, SCOTUS could not or would not cobble together 4 members to stop the lawlessness that took place by PA officials. It was a very solid case with clear federal ramifications but they denied relief. I’ll discuss at length on my radio show this evening.

IMPORTANT POINT REPORTERS ARE MISSING IN PA SUIT:

The Supreme Court only denied emergency injunctive relief. In the order, it did NOT deny cert.

@MikeKellyPA’s suit is still pending before the U.S. Supreme Court.

I hope you are right, but his wife is on the legal team, you would think he would know the implications of the rulings. Then again, it is reasonable to think Jenna would also be in the know.

Inside baseball is hard to beat - but he was plain wrong in his tweet about the SCOTUS that I linked, but stuff is happening fast...
