Genuinely curious though, I've see a few states now say they support Texas' fight. Does this mean they will file with Texas or is it more moral support?

That is true, but if you have Constitutionalists such as Alito who need every letter followed, they may put aside tweets of support and need the hard paper evidence.

If I were a justice, yes I would be looking at these messages of support. But some SC Justices are very hardlined.

True - I mean look at the case. I honestly don't think anyone could have come up with better constitutional arguments.

The only thing left is public opinion. What I don't get is how the SC doesn't realize they'd be shooting themselves in the head if Joe gets in. He'll pack the court and their future opinions will become worth diddly squat.
