If they rule that no electors can be issued from GA, WI, MI and PA, that puts both candidates below 270 and the vote will go to the State House delegation in which case Trump will win 26-23.

Other than that scenario, there really is no guarantee who the electors will be chosen for if SCOTUS rules for state legislators to choose. We would only have to hope it would go for Trump due to Republican majority in each state.

If those states electors are thrown out then would 270 still be the number? You'd subtract those electors from the total available (reduce the denominator) and the majority would be less and I'm guessing Trump could win that way too.
