As many have pointed out, whoever wrote the Texas lawsuit is VERY smart and well-versed in constitutional law. It basically forces SCOTUS to side with Texas or they're effectively declaring that the Constitution is a meaningless piece of paper in a museum. (media.patriots.win)

I had no opinion of Ted Cruz before this year. I’m at the point where if this was 2024 and he was on the ballot I would vote for him.

The GOP in general needs to get on board with the maga economic policy. Its a guarenteed winning proposal..to hell with their wall street donors. We will donate to them if they stop shilling for china. Why is this so damn hard for them to understand?
