So when SCOTUS invalidates the election in the four swing states for violating the constitution they will almost certainly just order the legislators from each respective state to send the electors of their choosing. If the states wouldn't stand up for Trump before, how do we make sure they wont just go for Biden again to avoid Antifa or because they thought it was a fair election?

Right now if Iowa's 6 vote majority house member holds for the GOP, it is 27-20 GOP, with 3 states tied (MN, PA, MI).
Unfortunately. in the tied states, if the House members don't have to vote with their party, it's a lot more likely (100 to 0.0001 chances) that one or more Republicans would favor Biden than a single DemocRAT would favor Trump.
Actually, whether among House members of each state, or among state legislatures, or among any group of politicians, the traitors are always from the Republican side.
