So when SCOTUS invalidates the election in the four swing states for violating the constitution they will almost certainly just order the legislators from each respective state to send the electors of their choosing. If the states wouldn't stand up for Trump before, how do we make sure they wont just go for Biden again to avoid Antifa or because they thought it was a fair election?

If the election is nullified does that mean that 2020 - 24 isnt a real term so he can go again in 2024? I know its not but would be sweet if that was the case.

burden of proof? - does it lay on each reprective party to prove the legality of "their" votes? ie habeus corpus - how does this play out
