The way I read their letter is they are reporting the original numbers they reported not the recounted numbers. So for this county nothing changes. They aren’t removing any votes etc.

I was originally very happy to see paper ballots being created with the new machines, only for the fucktards to not recount the paper ballots, but instead just do a digital recount. Just a little bit of vote shaving in heavy Trump counties where noone will notice much, if spread throughout those counties, can make a huge difference. What if 500 votes here were flipped? That's 1,000 differential -- 10% of the margin of victory. Every county is substantial when you're wondering about software fraud.
