There isn't really a living cultural framework for eunuchs in the modern world as far as I know. I imagine a eunuch living in historical China would tend to be able to accept 'eunuch' as an identity. They basically had a living instruction manual on how a eunuch goes about being a eunuch. Here and now, there are essentially two cultural blueprints to ease the act of existing instead of three.
If we still practiced castration as a society I suppose there may have been a more fitting shoe to fill.
