Nope. They have turned down quite a few Original Jurisdiction cases.
However, if Texas addressed the flagrant violations of Foster v Love (or some other state does like Florida, since they finished counting on time), that would be nice. I still have to read the full filing to see, but I would think if they did they would have also targeted NY and CA, since they are the worst violators.
