Cutback on the drinking. Need you in shape for the Insurrection Act. Might get called up. I cutback to practically nothing. Built a home gym about 7 months ago and run about 9 miles a week. I'm ready.

Needed a stricter diet to get the sugar under control, or do you require insulin or other meds?
Diagnosed as Type 1, pancreas stopped producing insulin. Went on a pump within 6 months, so....pretty effed up.

Thanks Pede, but I'm 36. Pray for the children that have to start off life like this. Donate somehow. I've got a niece with the same diagnosis, at age 10. Have to assume it's genetical, though rare at my age. Hard to imagine that kids have to deal with this hardship.
