Hold on. Let me run the numbers.

Biden (including fraudulent votes): 2,473,633

Trump: 2,461,854

Difference: 11,779

Number of votes Trump campaign lawsuit is going after?

163,573 to 173,573

Now, I'm no Don Lemon, but I think 163,573 is a little bit more than Joe Biden's "lead"

179
cryogen 179 points ago +180 / -1

And considering 99.999% of the fake votes are for Biden, this is looking like an easy 150k vote win in GA for GEOTUS.

They haven't done an audit to verify the signatures matched. I kno the Secretary of state changed election laws (like the other contested states did) right before the election to allow checking signatures from absentee ballots to be checked before election day even tho GA law states they aren't supposed to do that until election day. So obviously something shady went down with the signatures. Maybe someone knows more than I do about it.

41
PhilippElhaus 41 points ago +41 / -0

It should be completely outlawed to make any sort of changes to elections less than 6months prior. Last minute rule changes to favor a certain party or narrative. Imagine any sort of professional competition doing something like that. Unacceptable.

This election was an absolute joke and ripe with such enormous fraud & rigging its beyond sanity.

Any experienced team of engineers could come up with a bulletproof & easy no BS system of 100% secure voting (on paper ballot only) that's fast and efficient in under a month.

I would have at least expected THAT to be the case already. But obviously this whole system is a MESS start to end and Democrats use every weakness they can find and exploit it merciless.

It’s actually against the constitution to have Secretary of State change election laws. It’s supposed to be passed by the state legislatures. This is why you see state legislatures suing the elections board, SoS & governors.

5
tw1stynipple 5 points ago +5 / -0

but cOvId it was too unsafe to vote in person!

2
Tazr671 2 points ago +2 / -0

Why would they sue? They are in charge. Just pass a resolution stating the facts, invalidating the certified slate and naming the electors for the state. It's a US constitution thing. The governor and administrative state have nothing to do with it.

3
zuccherina 3 points ago +3 / -0

Your checks and balances is in the legislature. The Dems circumvented the legal process, which is what the Trump team is going after.

1

3
zuccherina 3 points ago +3 / -0

Dude lied to you. How do they match signatures? On the ballots? The ballots aren't signed because they're secret. Have you ever signed a ballot? No, of course not. So what is Trump team referencing?

Envelopes. And applications. Both which should have been matched and retained, according to law.

3
Minarchist_Manlet 3 points ago +3 / -0

With low levels of "irregularities" you would take the number of spoiled or missing envelopes and take that many out of the ballots from each side and just discard then.

With this obvious fraud you're going to have to throw out whole precincts, counties, or the state.

2
Night 2 points ago +2 / -0

I think to demand state legislatures designate the electors (on the grounds that election results are unknowable because of rampant, deliberate corruption.) All the state legislatures are Republican controlled.

18
Beaker999 18 points ago +18 / -0

The Dem's turned the cheating dial up to 11 this time around. They figured if you create soooo much fraud, no one would ever uncover it all or challenge it all. That would be too much to do in the short time you have to contest an election. Let's be fair, they've come pretty close the getting away with it.

Antifa has rebelled in Seattle and now Portland in at least two instances ("CHAZ" and "RHAZ"). Each time they have kicked out local police, distributed weapons, and attempted to secede from the union. In the CHAZ example, there were even several murders covered up. The CHAZ was in place for nearly a month, and the "RHAZ" example just fought off local police.

When a NYC bar owner opens against the will of the commies though, there are immediately police at his establishment to shut it down, and he's arrested without incident despite thousands of supportive conservatives who I guess just bitched and complained and did nothing.

Can you show me examples of Trump supporters shooting out tires of vehicles driving down the highway and trying to murder the passengers? Or doing the same thing in Texas on a city street? Or what about three convicted felons (including pedophiles) shooting at a teen and then chasing him down the street with a gun and a skateboard?

The conservatives/right like to threaten and talk a big game, but they're purely reactionary. Even the proud boys, who basically go around waiting for antifa to start fights so they can beat them up, aren't going around shutting down city blocks, burning down cities, and extorting law-abiding citizens.

4,926 individuals who voted in Georgia after registering in another state, 395 individuals who voted in two states, 15,700 votes from people who moved out of state before the election. 30,000 - 40,000 absentee ballots lacking proper signature matching and verification. The lawsuit also outlines violations of over 30 Georgia laws/codes and includes affidavits.

I notice this has nothing to do with dominion voting machines, and neither does texas lawsuit for equal protection. Dominion / smartmatic it's going to get away with all their instances of USB drive vote changes, online voting machine connections, and vote flipping aren't they? Nothing to stop fraud in GA senate runoff, and this misses the majority of fraudulent votes. Am I wrong?

We have to be honest with ourselves- there is no kraken of substance. Sidney Powell and Lin Wood are going to go down as losers when ask this is done, after we win with SCOTUS.

7
AgreeAndAmplify 7 points ago +8 / -1

The difference between these cases and say Sidney Powells case is constitutional and criminal. Criminal lawsuits take way longer to solve. I think Rudy G. said Powells case could take 6 months to a year. While these cases which try to remedy a result to a faulty election must be taken and ruled swiftly.

2
Litehouse 2 points ago +2 / -0

Sidney Powell’s lawsuit was a civil case, 8 electors were the plantiffs and she had many affidavits of fraud, including the fraudulent votes like the ones listed above from Matt Braynard’s work. She also addressed the observers being blocked from observing and being kicked out from State Farm arena. She also had many eye witnesses of fraudulent behaviors during the recount. Only part of her case was about Dominion.

She was dismissed for standing and timeliness same as all the other states. The judge in GA hasn’t been looking at the substance of anyone’s case here. We will see if GOP chairman David Shafer has more luck.

Probably ballot stuffers getting their names from school enrollment records. Same as people receiving ballots in their pets names. 2

And it's looking like nothing will be done about dominion voting machine fraud (USB drives, online connectivity, and vote flipping mode to fix an outcome in the user manual). Everyone here ignoring that Republican AZ supreme court rejected appeal there as well for lack of evidence.

3
sun_wolf 3 points ago +3 / -0

Lots of these swamp rats went all in. Meaning if they lose it's the end of their career best case scenario, prison worst case scenario. These judges that we are asking to take these cases, we are effectively asking them to fire themselves.

Why is there such a reluctance of courts and GOP governors and state legislatures to consider evidence of massive election fraud, and refuse to do a proper audit. Are they afraid of the left rioting, are they compromised, being bribed or threatened, owned by China, just cowards, morally bankrupt to the point they don’t have a problem with cheating?

Do they despise Trump so much they are willing to get him out of office even if it has to be done through a stolen election? Do they figure Trump supporters will just complain but will never engage in violence like Antifa?

I just don’t get how all this evidence can be just dismissed by so many courts and state legislatures. It is sending a message that rigged elections are permissible and the only way to win is to out cheat your opponent.

106542 votes that were fraud

That amount alone definitely is enough to change the entire thing to Trump.

I did.

That is the reason why I said just from the title.

That alone is enough to change it to Trump. The entire amount is definitely enough.

I changed it and typed in plus. Just easier. Will not this down though for future reference.

EDIT: Okay either the site has not loaded up the changes or something else is going on. I tried several times, and even did as you suggested and still no changes.

EDIT2: Okay yeah I think it is just a lot of traffic that is slowing the update process.

Do we know if the Texas AG can use any of this in his lawsuit with the Supreme Court?

"Yes this is an open and shut case of an appalling amount of intentional fraud and criminal behavior... but you filed too late or too early, or you aren't the right person to file, or.. I don't know; throw it out though."

If I could control what comments are at the top I would sticky the link but it’s not up to me.

Is that all?

Seriously though...how can anyone still say with a straight face "there's no evidence of fraud in this election"? Blows my mind.

but but but reeeee there's no evidence that will hold up in court reeeeeee If we win I don't want to be a jerk but I will feel so validated. However, the next step after feeling validated is to clean the swamp. Look at all the domestic and foreign Chicom alligators.
