PA case has NOT been dismissed!

Could be combined with TX case. Could both be heard separately. Could both be dismissed, God forbid.

I think the campaign's 14th amendment PA case is still waiting there.

From what I've read the PA case was rejected by SCOTUS and Texas is docketed.

Nope, the PA case is still pending. They only denied one motion for in preliminary injunctive relief.

Yes, and I hope I'm right here, because the main constitutional arguments are similar but I think the PA case is still requesting that votes be disqualified. So, I think that still makes it important because we can't leave anything to chance in the state legislatures. If Texas brings a positive ruling, then I think it will strengthen the case to throw out the PA votes as well as other swing state results.
