So, I think that still makes it important because we can't leave anything to chance in the state legislatures. If Texas brings a positive ruling, then I think it will strengthen the case to throw out the PA votes as well as other swing state results.
From what I've read the PA case was rejected by SCOTUS and Texas is docketed.
