Its getting dismissed in lower courts because they wont acknowledge or even look at the evidence. And then sent back by higher courts because the lower courts need to look at the evidence.
The courts are failing and will leave people with very little choice of achieving a free and fair election without extreme force.
The SCOTUS will look at the evidence, and we will find these bloated lower courts are no longer needed as they are. Change is a comin.
Probably because the FBI and DoJ are not investigating any of the claims of fraud. These cases are civil cases and the lawyers do not have subpoena power to further those investigations.
SUPREME Court of Pa. is egregiously biased and all of them should be impeached and removed from office .
At least Trump's team is getting through the legislation processes faster. It's the best route to proving the election unconstitutional within the time frame given. Get it to SCOTUS asap.
We are on a compressed schedule. The actions of the lower courts speed the cases to the SCOTUS. We're good.
