Its getting dismissed in lower courts because they wont acknowledge or even look at the evidence. And then sent back by higher courts because the lower courts need to look at the evidence.
The courts are failing and will leave people with very little choice of achieving a free and fair election without extreme force.
They are scared. Anybody that upholds the law get threats, careers ruined. Either fall in line or they will crush you on social media, TV. Even police doing the right thing lose their jobs.
that's why we need militia.

Any court that turns its back to election fraud is then a part of it.
Fraud only works if the courts allow it to continue.
There will never be as much evidence of election fraud as there is in the 2020 election.
