Look for dehumanizing language towards vaccine refusers in the MSM, because that will come before the killings start.
It would be hard to time manage the outbreak that way. It will take a while for the vaccine to be widely distributed (more than a year). You'd have to wait until everyone was vaccinated before people started to get sick, otherwise no one would want the vaccine. Then you could drop the next strain of COVID following the same transmission paths, but this time people's immune systems are weakened...
