after making direct contact with almost 1000 voters - he found about 13% NEVER REQUESTED AN ABSENTEE BALLOT AND DID NOT VOTE IN THE 2020 ELECTION.... yet State Data Bases record that they have a vote cast in their name.
Could equate to 400,000 votes cast 'by someone other than the named voter of record' !
