- The case currently pending before the court is of original jurisdiction. This is good because it allows for some expediency in hearing the case. Also, in 2000 you had some states starting to sue Florida towards the end of that mess. Don't listen to the noise that says states have no standing to sue other states over the Elections and Electors clause.
- We have a 5-4 split of the court on our side.
- Those 5 justices all have something in common: the left tried to destroy them during their hearings. I clearly remember Alito's wife being driven to tears during his hearing.
- The left has threatened to pack the court with more justices. Do you really think they want to go along with that?
- The other case v. PA only had emergency injunctive relief denied, not cert.
- I have faith that our justices do not want to see our country get marched further into a royal mess that would end up balkanizing this great country that has given them such opportunity to have the honor of serving on the Supreme Court.
Keep the faith, always. Remember, we serve one great King of Kings, Lord of Lords, the Prince of Peace. He is in control always. If we all stand up and do the right thing before Him to save this great country He blessed us with, He will protect us from the forces of evil in front of us. Hold the line, and don't open fire until you see the whites of their eyes!

If we weren't in clown world, this would be an easy 9-0 decision, but the best we can hope for is 5-4. If Roberts wasn't so cucked it'd be a 6-3 decision.
It may be a 6-3 because Roberts won't be the deciding vote. So he might see the way the wind is blowing and try to get Constitution points.
THAT will never happen. Roberts is gone.
They must have video of him fucking kids. It’s the only explanation. He’s been trying so hard to protect the Left.
When will we know if they will even hear the Texas lawsuit, today?
Kavanaugh is the wildcard. He’s previously upheld the voters if they believed they were voting in a legitimate manner.
I kind of refuse to believe that he sides with them on this. This could be his ultimate revenge, and it’s the correct constitutional call.
The only reason to do this would be to not disenfranchise those voters IN CASE THEY ARE LEGITIMATE VOTES, which is completely moot, since if they are not legitimate, it directly disenfranchises actual legitimate voters. Either way has equal opportunity to disenfranchise voters, so it should not be considered.
That was a minor case. This is different imo (Harris trying to ruin his life)
A minor case adjudicated by SCOTUS.

Yeah if you read the article Kavanaugh says in the future he would support something like that. However, he doesn’t want 20,000 votes cast being changed over that. VOX is garbage and this case is much much different.
You are now officially my favorite Pede. Thank you!
Pack it up, boys. Paulie99 has chosen and we didn't make the cut 😔
Updooted LockeThePatriot. I am merely a humble, solitary voice in the presence of community greatness, heralding the clarity of the AstralEntity. BTW both very cool usernames you two.
You are forgetting the most important point: the law is on our side. The Texas case is true - the other states failed to follow the Constitution and even failed to follow their own laws. SCOTUS does NOT need to be on our side, they just need to follow the law.
How sad is it that we are even concerned that the highest court of the land would even possibly NOT follow the law? And furthermore that we know this won’t be a 9-0 vote because some justices WONT follow the law?! Geeze. How did we get here?
One side came to believe that power was in of itself a reason to do everything and anything.
They are on our side because our side is the side of the law. But thank you for pointing that out.
Ultimately we are in God's hands. The Constitution was written by great men with extremely RADICAL ideas at the time - that we are all children of God and all created equal with certain inalienable rights. Truth will prevail.
This right here, infinity times over!
The Supreme Court and it's members, be they conservative or liberal are first and foremost institutionalists.
They will preserve the institutions, even if it means screwing the populace, I am afraid. After all, they are appointed for life. They are more concerned with what Harvard Law will say about them, than what the public does.
But who knows? I guess we will all find out soon whether or not the Constitution is just a quaint old piece of parchment that is a tourist attraction in a museum., or the ruling law in the country.
Whether or not there is revolution in the country may very well depend on it.
That may have been true when Ginsburg was alive and Roberts was able to swing the court in that direction, but not so much anymore.
I've been known too many judges and politicians to think otherwise.
Time will tell. There is no running away from this one, or doing a duck and dodge.
Truth will out.
Their institution is dead if Biden slimes in.
They will slap the conservative justices on the ass while saying "Thanks baby, here are your six new lifetime pals. Their pronouns are "bend, over, and, take, it."
Agreed.
Lucikily, the institutions and the constitution is on our side
I should also remind Pedes about the timeline with Bush v Gore:
Petition: 12/8 Briefing: 12/10 Hearing: 12/11 Decision: 12/12
Good to know.😊
Either SCOTUS helps us win and good, law, the Republic and the constitution wins....or nothing matters anymore and I can do whatever the fuck I want until my last day on this earth while I try to live a happy live devoted to God, my family, and me.
Let's hope this Earth will defeat the evil
If Scotus rules against this they are saying states can ignore the constitutions of their state and of the US and that would render the scotus meaningless. I pray they uphold the Constitution.
A couple more points. The 5 justices mentioned are great lawyers and scholars who understand the Constitution from the position of the men who wrote it. Those men were TERRIFIED of a foreign power, namely England, gaining control of the presidency by running a candidate who was secretly friendly to them, or bribing a current president into becoming their lackey. Its why Bribery is specifically mentioned as an impeachable offense in the Constitution. Which of the two candidates has a history of himself and family members being and bribed by a foreign power and likely assisted in his election "win"?
Also, the current 9 justices enjoy a great deal of individual power. If Harris/Biden is elected, he will certainly find a way to pack the courts by at least two, maybe more, thus diluting their considerable power and influence. They dont want that.
Remember the quote attributed to Lincoln: The Constitution is NOT a suicide pact. SCOTUS as currently made up wants a reason to keep Biden out of office. Texas just gave them one.
In addition to the SCOTUS case mentioned by the OP, there are additional layers that all guarantee that President Trump will serve a second term.
The SCOTUS case could go sideways, but that is highly unlikely. The next step are the state legislatures. Each state gets one vote. President Trump should win that 26 to 24, or better.
If that goes sideways somehow, the final card is that this election was actually a cyber warfare attack on the U.S. by china. That is what leads to martial law and that sort of thing (a last resort for obvious reasons).
Bottom line: President Trump will serve a second term, one way or another. The only question at this point is which one of those mechanisms will stop the steal.
Yep. There are multiple pathways to Inauguration Day. GEOTUS will be on the steps of the Capitol with his hand on the bible.
If the scotus decides the constitution and bill of rights are just guidelines, all rules and laws are out the window
We have the King of Kings, Lord of Lords, and the Prince of Peace, and from his wisdom, he bestowed upon us the God-Emperor Of The United States. God's wrath is about to be unleashed and no humanly body will be able to stand in its way.
Did you watch The Return?
No. Can't even remember the last time I've watched any movie.
Ok. The video is on Youtube and on their website. I suggest every Pede take the time to watch it. The did a pro return to God rally in DC a couple months ago. It was organized by Rabbi Cahn who wrote The Harbinger.
What Trump's presidency has taught Conservatives is that we live in a two-tiered justice system where Democrats can get away with many things but an outsider like you and me will be punished. Rules for thee but not for me type of two-tier justice system. And if this court doesn't hold up the constitution then I see 80 million american's having no choice but to revolt as the last line of defense for law abiding citizens has been court. There is nothing left if the courts are corrupt and political.
This has been obvious since at least 2008.
Well done fren.
Viva Christo Rey!
The thing I worry about the most is if they are threatened or coerced in some way.
All of your points might be good point's; but what happens if an FBI or CIA agent pulls a justice aside and tells them that their families safety is in jeopardy and they should be very carful how they rule?
What happens if I justice gets a call from somebody at CNN, letting them know, that they have a very damning story coming out about them?
What happens if a justice is John Roberts?
Amen! At least there's one judge who I never have to worry about being coerced, or bought off, or silenced.
I think Roberts is the only one I really worry about, but not so much now that we have a majority court on the side of the law. Really at this point the Marshals should be ramping up security for the justices.
The thing that worries me is that the left did not try to destroy Gorsuch in his hearings. Then his bullshit transgender and Oklahoma rulings happened. Did they know something we didn't?
That's what I was hoping, but his questionable rulings since then have shaken my confidence. Something about his smile and demeanor make me not trust him, but I realize that is not transferable evidence to others.
You have have to understand that so many of us have witnessed those that are supposed to be on our side, the side of America that loves this country, sell out.
This is true. We are also talking SCOTUS here. We should also keep up the pressure for them to rule on the law and not sell out to the leftist mob.
And keep your powder dry!
burn the mask
Absolute worst case scenario... I know.
This actually does make me feel better... I'm ready to fucking blow up here!! This is consuming my life and I'm just ready to fight!! ... But this is a little calming
Fraud vitiates everything, so it has no deadline other than jan 20, 2021. But it is likely that the court wants this decided by the 14th, to allow states to convene legislatures.
Of this I am not sure. Bush v Gore was heard on 12/11 and decided on 12/12.
EC meets on Dec. 14 but the votes aren't counted until Jan. 6.
I'm worried about another Scalia type moment.....a "car bomb of peace" for example to get the judges to see "the error of their ways". There's so much at stake that deep dark money is involved and that's when oddly timed things happen.
