1. The case currently pending before the court is of original jurisdiction. This is good because it allows for some expediency in hearing the case. Also, in 2000 you had some states starting to sue Florida towards the end of that mess. Don't listen to the noise that says states have no standing to sue other states over the Elections and Electors clause.
2. We have a 5-4 split of the court on our side.
3. Those 5 justices all have something in common: the left tried to destroy them during their hearings. I clearly remember Alito's wife being driven to tears during his hearing.
4. The left has threatened to pack the court with more justices. Do you really think they want to go along with that?
5. The other case v. PA only had emergency injunctive relief denied, not cert.
6. I have faith that our justices do not want to see our country get marched further into a royal mess that would end up balkanizing this great country that has given them such opportunity to have the honor of serving on the Supreme Court.

Keep the faith, always. Remember, we serve one great King of Kings, Lord of Lords, the Prince of Peace. He is in control always. If we all stand up and do the right thing before Him to save this great country He blessed us with, He will protect us from the forces of evil in front of us. Hold the line, and don't open fire until you see the whites of their eyes!
