I didnโ€™t think I could love Texas any more. They are literally suing my state (PA) and I adore them for it.

WeCax49 93 points ago +94 / -1

Texas needs to stay red, they're the bright red spine of our country. In fact, the entire south is.

67
leakmouth 67 points ago +68 / -1

Texas would be blue now if we had accepted the dominion machines here. Let that sink in

At 40:57 they both say they are fiscally conservative but socially liberal. Don't like the sound of that socially liberal crap, sounds like an excuse to vote Democrat.

5
jump3r34 5 points ago +6 / -1

Socially liberal would be a republican. Classical liberal would also be a republican in 2020. JFK in 2020 is a republican. To be a democrat and 'tote' the line one would need to be communistic, true socialistic or fascist. These are true statements just going by the current party policies.

3
AsshoeCommies 3 points ago +3 / -0

...are we sure they vote blue? That might be the Dominion talking.

2
dakin116 2 points ago +3 / -1

I've been thinking the game is in slowly stealing the states every election cycle, hence "muh purple state" and then when they finally get it flipped with dominion they start calling it at 1% from then on. See Virginia...

Granted I have neighbors from Rochester, NY and they just put their Trump flag back up...not everyone moving south is liberal!

1
Goldlight 1 point ago +1 / -0

ya, how many places are red but frauds makes them blue? I'm betting it's a lot of swing states and light blue states.

I am pretty sure there was some Dominion fuckery in my state of Texas. Though there is a lot of flooding the zone with incorrect information, pretty sure I've seen that some districts use Dominion (including deep blue ones).

It didn't matter because the margin of victory was big enough, and we need to fix it. However, the moral of the story here is Texas might not be blue at all, we don't know anymore thanks to all this fraud.

5

It is my firm belief that Texas and Oklahoma are too good for the rest of the USA and should leave us to ascend to greatness. We just fuckin hold you back at this point.

Kinda scary to think what would happen if SCOTUS decides to invalidate our Constitution.

49
IntrepidBurger 49 points ago +49 / -0

In another timeline SCOTUS would have ruled 5-4 that the Constitution is invalid, with a smiling Ruth Bader Ginsberg giving the final verdict.

Some might say we're being guided by divine intervention.

It literally is a decision by people who are meant to be guided by the Constitution whether or not the Constitution matters. They are choosing whether or not their entire job matters.

We'll know whether or not this country is still a Republic very shortly.

7
TheWatcherWhoWatches 7 points ago +7 / -0

Those riots weren't opposed - it wasn't a fight any more than me taking a sledgehammer to my garden wall is a fight.

They aren't used to in-your-face opposition in strength, they are complacent and are likely to get a very nasty shock if they push things that way.

I'm not going to pretend I'm a tough guy and that I will go grab guns and start shooting people myself (I would kill to protect my family and would volunteer to help the militia effort, but I am just not physically capable of being a warrior and it's better to just admit that instead of pretending).

That being said, that Biden/Harris sign across the street from me that stares at me every day when I walk the dog is going to get ripped out of my neighbor's yard as soon as martial law is declared :P

Both cannot co-exist. Either we have a Constitutional Republic, or we don't. That's what is on the table. And if they rule in favor of the greatest Republic, than we will take whatever they throw at us. If they deny The Republic and give the most fraudulent election in our history and G2G thumbs up, than we need to strongly consider creating our own Republic. I don't see how we can remain the United States. It would be impossible.

10
The_Yoyo 10 points ago +10 / -0

I am so proud I moved to Texas five years ago. That opening paragraph sums it all up and reminds SCOTUS what they are there to do. Enforce and protect the Constitution

9
Frost033 9 points ago +9 / -0

My mom always taught me, don't ask a question you don't want an honest answer to. THIS is a question I not only want an answer to, but NEED an answer to! Does SCOTUS protect our founding document or do they ignore it as nearly every other court in this country has. I'd be lying if I didn't say I'm nervous and a little scared how the SC will respond. I don't trust this system at all.

11
deleted 11 points ago +11 / -0

SCOTUS will punt it to the House, using the Constitution as written

But that is fine, as Trump should still win with 1 vote per state

If they decide the Constitution is just a piece of paper and not the founding document in which our nation was created from they are on the side of the enemy.

This isn't Trump or Biden. This isn't Right or Left. This is Constitution or Communism.

We will bury them and raise their children.

8
throwaway777 8 points ago +9 / -1

I believe there is about to be a fight over that document again... I do not believe our SCOTUS Judges have the spine to stand up to the Media Mob.

What were about to see is who has the real power, The People, the Government, or the Media.

2

I believe the four states have until tomorrow to address the lawsuit. Then the SC should make a decision shortly after. Hopefully we'll know by the 14th

3
andrewjackson45 3 points ago +4 / -1

It goes beyond this, ruling against this case will effectively dissolve the union as we will no longer be a republic bound by a constitution but rather will become immediately a collection of 50 independent states and then I hope a bunch will join back together to form a new union.

1
dahdahdah_dahditdah 1 point ago +1 / -0

Lots of people at various stages are getting the opportunity to do the right thing. So far most of them are punting or turning a blind eye. Election fraud is intolerable. Athens, Tennessee!

2
DoubleTrumpPumpBump 2 points ago +2 / -0

That's a "here's muh big titanium ballsack being slapped on your table" statement if I've ever seen one.

1
HiddenDekuScrub 1 point ago +1 / -0

It would be an understatement to call me demoralized. Honestly I've been stressed to the breaking point since March. Election night hit, gave me one night of blessed relief, that maybe at least this was one problem solved, and then the fraud began in earnest, and I felt absolutely and utterly powerless as these states slipped away, one by one. "Don't panic yet, we'll wait for Arizona. If we win Arizona the cheating won't matter..." Of course, the "counting" continued, day after day after day after day. We all know how that turned out. As I've said many times, they could be counting cheerios for all it mattered. It's clear they were either stuffing ballot boxes or waiting for further orders. There was no legitimate reason for the delays whatsoever. Every time somebody yelled "the tide is turning" it felt like the leash got a little tighter and there was nothing going on of any importance.

On the information wars front, it did seem like we were getting through to people, but what good would it make if they didn't believe they could fight back? People are already saying they won't bother voting anymore. And can you blame them?

And, sadly, the fraud had to be exposed as heavily as it had been at some point. A lot of folks new to the GoP game may not know, but people have been screaming for someone to do something about obvious fraud for decades. The Overton Window has been won. I just hope it doesn't come to losing our country in a Pyrrhic victory. Call me a doomer, but there is no guarantee we will win this. Yes, I remember Bush vs. Gore. Yes, I remember that's specifically why Trump picked the Supreme Court Judges he did. Yes, I know Trump is clearly prepping and Kamala hasn't resigned. But being isolated for 3/4 of a year and having few outlets for relief will get to you.

.

.

.

In light of everything I have just said... this move by Texas to sue the fraud states is such absolute and utter genius that I can't stop praising it.
