This is the way. When you're wrong correct it quickly and graciously. Thank whoever corrected you when appropriate. Kudos to Crowder for his integrity.
It isn't hard to do, yet I rarely run into anyone who does.
It's not just folks that can't admit when they're wrong either. People can't even admit if they don't know something. Everyone is apparently an expert at everything, from psychology to rocket science.
Here’s the other part... on livestream today they talked about it. Apparently his staffer tweeted Crowder after Crowder said this during their morning group text. The staffer thought it was real because Tim Poole covered it as real the day before. I used to love Poole but I’m seeing more and more he doesn’t deep dive enough before reporting. I stopped watching him during the election and I haven’t missed it.
Regardless of how it got posted Crowder did the right thing correcting it. I watched the segment and the staffer apology was funny. Anyway, it's a good example for patriots to remember when we get stuff wrong.
Oh. Beanie is... frustrating. So I stopped listening to him regularly. I have similar but different frustrations with Dilbert guy. Tim really needs to research harder. And Scott needs to stop being so damn agreeable. I don't begrudge them their successful gigs. But personally I have better times to do with my thing. Anyway... stick around we'll see how this plays out. I've got another segment coming up. Things are gonna get spicy... <3
I can see your point but I can't say I agree with it. I believe a well informed public, firmly rooted in the truth, is a stronger force to be reckoned with. You won't see a downvote from me though. It's important to consider our approach to these things at a time like this.
I agree that an informed public is the best option, but if there are going to be masses of the uniformed, and large numbers of the delusional, I would prefer their views are at least not opposed to the American way.
Honestly 5-10 so far is great news. When the original news of the suit broke, I was thinking 10-12 and SCOTUS would pretty much have to side with them so we're nearly there.
I do think it's hilarious how hung up everyone is on this. By all means hold them to their word and make them sign on the dotted line, but when AGs and other Elected Officials give you the answer you want then the correct response is to shout that as loudly as possible. You have to demonstrate support and build momentum and that doesn't happen by sitting on your hands and keeping quiet until CNN calls it official.
Exactly. It’s sort of like a mob that thinks joe Biden won. Well what if a mob thinks you joined the Texas law suit but didn’t? They might sign on just bc they feel it’s a safe move now.
Yes. Lots of people on here are still stuck in cuck mentality and are waiting for someone else to do all the heavy lifting for them. TIME TO STAND UP AND MAKE THINGS HAPPEN!
I find him very relatable, plus he’s actually funny. Some of the corny sketches they have are hilarious. His crew is pretty legit too - a lot of good commentary that’s entertaining and keeps you engaged. It’s a massive breath of fresh air after being consistently bombarded by all the suppressive main stream media.
I liked him at first, but then the shady outings of not gay jared, owen benjamin (who admittedly is nuts), and the whole sven computer drama. Turned me off to the whole show.
He really seems to have matured so to speak in 2020 and has won me back. To the point of actually joining mug club when he was about the only person to stay based on the election.
Didn’t have the luxury of seeing the show fren. Saw Crowders post around the end of my midnight shift before his show airs. Appreciated the apparent honesty and made a post about it. Honestly didn’t think this would be the post I made that blew up on TDW🤣
Thanks for the input. I usually listen to Crowder at work so I don’t even see the show until 12 hrs or so after it airs.🙃

he did a segment where brendan apologized and explained what they did, how it was a quick one, and then what'dya know!? they didn't need a correction afterall but an update -- 17 states!

Yea he owned up to it himself, but they had a bit where they brought Even Brendan out and made him apologize in an embarrassing and funny manner. They love to pick on him for some reason.

My thoughts exactly. Way to set an example by being a grown adult and own up to ones mistake by Crowder.
It's really not that hard to do. I'd venture to say most normal people admit they're wrong multiple times a day. Being humble isn't hard.
Yet its seemingly in short supply these days. So when I saw a person I consider famous man up and do it I pointed it out.
Makes them look even more weak to me, the type that thinks they can never be wrong about anything.
It isn't hard to do, yet I rarely run into anyone who does.

It used to be normal, even in mainstream media.

Oh no I’m not arguing that he did the right thing I’m talking about Tim Poole

Why? Much better to advance your agenda, shift public opinion, and then print the correction a few weeks later on the 9th page.
You may hate it, but it's an effective tactic.
/s?
Nah. All is fair in love and war.

It is very dangerous that there are so many people brainwashed against the American way.
Yeah we should all just suck his cock and get it over with. Jesus Christ.
Crowder hater!
His mug must have come cracked
All the states should be joining this case.
Honestly 5-10 so far is great news. When the original news of the suit broke, I was thinking 10-12 and SCOTUS would pretty much have to side with them so we're nearly there.
1/5 of States suing these 4 is significant. SCOTUS cannot ignore it.
Pareto Principle:
20% of the cause gets 80% of the results!
Let's just hope the SCOTUS isn't living the Peter Principle
Need moar states

Wonder if he saw the thread here that made it seem like the states already joined
It's like he's a journalist or something
It’s weird seeing it actually done
According to Kaleigh McAnany Arkansas has now officially joined.
That reminds me that I have yet to see a single news source issue a correction that there is "no evidence of fraud" in this election.
Crowder lies!!! He dipooooooted hymshelf!
lol, you think I am joking, but you know it will be said sincerely by some tard on the left.
Lol like omg we have no room for integrity in the media this is fascism

Crowder is the man. Solid Christian too. You have to check out his sketch about Muhammad as Bob Ross. Hilarious!!
And it earned himself a spot on the ISIS kill list.

What really even happened to Sven?
Nobody really knows for sure.
It wasn’t even him, they covered it on today’s episode. It was their (intern?) Brandon.
Crowder had Brandon apologize and then Crowder jokingly took “extreme ownership” of the mistake and then moved on.
Who knows, it could have been Steven’s fault and they’re throwing the intern under the bus as a gag, but either way that’s TWO apologies.
I’m guessing that’s TWO more retractions than all of the MSM over the past decade.

Crowder deboonks himself -CNN doesn’t he know he can just say that anonymoos sources proved that his account was hacked by cyber criminals?
Why does a comedian have more journalistic integrity than the so-called journalists in news outlets?
I would call him a true journalist but that word is lost to the history books. Good for Crowder, we appreciate boldness and truth.
What about our current sticky?
Crowder is Fake News (just for a moment, then he stopped)
ALSO, he didn't even post it. his media guy Even Brendan did.

No worries fren!
This is a proxy secession vote.
Good.
OK, yeah, but..
WTF ARE THOSE STATES WAITING FOR?
Even Brendan made the mistake

I think he meant 18.
Still not getting my phone number, Parler.
He actually made the guy that tweets for him correct it on live stream.. it was kind of pathetic.
And then you find it's not such a big deal.
