I hope this drives them to either appeal in the SCOTUS as well, or hop on the Texas bandwagon.

On to SCOTUS. That’s why they are docketing them, me thinks. Lump them all together and make one ruling for all of these illegally ran state elections.

You can bot a captcha. There are sites where humans can complete captchas for various "rewards". The bot uses various methods to complete the captcha here with the input of those humans completing them for rewards.

Really. Decades of just sitting there enjoying the sunshine and giving the benefit of the doubt to Democrats who at the local level have a game plan to sign up tons of out-of-staters and illegals as well as harvest votes from the elderly in nursing homes. And then the mass unsolicited mail-in ballots began! Any punk PedoJoe supporter could go to some tiny apartment building in LV and grab a fist full of ballots. How many were sent to non-state residents?. How many Californians who once did a semester at UNLV and now live back in CA and voted absentee in this year's NV election?

They cheated to win here and flipped it blue doing it. However the state is red without the lie of the media.

Hold on a second, this isn't really fair. If you've read ANYTHING about our Founders you know that they went through a ton of shit before they finally said enough is enough, it took YEARS before the Revolution kicked off. We just have to figure out where our breaking point is (assuming we have one anymore) and that will be where the New Revolution kicks off for us. It's very easy to look back and say look at that, and that, and that, and that, etc. Same way we look back at the pre 1776 time and see Britain push little by little, pull back to let things settle, then push more.

11
Phins360_FL 11 points ago +12 / -1

It didn't take them long to figure it out and when they did it went down fast.

Always skirmishes occurring from 1734 onward with the Kings troops. It was hot for awhile before we went all in - revolution style.

Also, only 3% actually went to arms in the fight.(my ancestors included).

I assure you I am well versed in our history. We were headed for revolution around 1740 forward. It was going to be the only outcome. Our founders were not war mongers, they wanted to try to resolve via government and non-violence. King would not have it.

They need to quit crying and fucking appeal the decision!

19
2ASingleIssueVoter 19 points ago +20 / -1

It's going to be very difficult to successfully appeal NV. They covered their tracks in terms of the federal constitution - election changes were accepted by the state legislature. We can argue equal protection clause, but the way that NV courts proceeded will make it pretty "uncomfortable" for SCOTUS to step in.

All we have right now is Texas case and maybe (and this is a big "maybe") Arizona Supreme Court case. And it's more than enough if these courts have courage to do what is right. The problem is, so far every step of the way, judges were bending backwards not to get involved.

25
DCdeplorable 25 points ago +25 / -0

Starting to see judges as the real enemy in all of this. Even in the rare instance you find a good one, the dems just appeal over them and it doesnt matter.

No accountability. Do what the uniparty wants and you're basically untouchable

19
EyesInTheHills 19 points ago +19 / -0

It's increasingly clear that we no longer have the rule of law in this country. We have rule by petty dictators instead.

11
MrPiggle 11 points ago +11 / -0

I understand what you are saying about the state and federal judges and the electors, but not even bothering to try because something is difficult (no matter how difficult or unlikely it may be) is unacceptable at this point. Anyone who lays down and accepts defeat has turned their back on all of us and this country. I don't give a fuck what excuses they may have, this is way too important not to fight to the very end for. Now is the time to fight the absolute hardest with everything we have, otherwise we don't deserve the freedoms that our founding fathers gave us in the first place. So many people have bled and died for our freedoms, we cannot take that for granted or else we will spend the rest of our lives knowing that we could have done more to try and stop it.

14
2ASingleIssueVoter 14 points ago +14 / -0

You're right. Problem is, judges are part of the system which rigged the elections. There was huge non-partisan effort to remove Trump and courts are in on it.

2
MrPiggle 2 points ago +2 / -0

You are right about that. That's okay, I'm prepared and ready to fight, and based on your username I imagine you are too. If they want a fight, we will give it to them. Sometimes, we have no choice and cannot rely on others to do it for us. Especially these piece of shit corrupt lawmakers and judges.

BINGO

4
geewhiz 4 points ago +5 / -1

'Republicans' across the board were pretty happy to stand back and let Democrats nuke DJT. And the GA the legislative 'Republicans' showed that they are more afraid of BLM/Antifa than their own constituents and the executive 'Republicans' showed that they can be easily bought off.

What none of them truly appreciates is that they're the next target. And we're the the only ones who could have stood for them. But they chose not to stand for us - which was their FVCKING JOB.

I don't know if America will even make it to the 2022 primaries. But on the GOP side it'll be a BLOODBATH if DJT isn't sworn in on Jan 20.
