It's going to be very difficult to successfully appeal NV. They covered their tracks in terms of the federal constitution - election changes were accepted by the state legislature. We can argue equal protection clause, but the way that NV courts proceeded will make it pretty "uncomfortable" for SCOTUS to step in.

All we have right now is Texas case and maybe (and this is a big "maybe") Arizona Supreme Court case. And it's more than enough if these courts have courage to do what is right. The problem is, so far every step of the way, judges were bending backwards not to get involved.

Starting to see judges as the real enemy in all of this. Even in the rare instance you find a good one, the dems just appeal over them and it doesnt matter.

No accountability. Do what the uniparty wants and you're basically untouchable

It's increasingly clear that we no longer have the rule of law in this country. We have rule by petty dictators instead.

I understand what you are saying about the state and federal judges and the electors, but not even bothering to try because something is difficult (no matter how difficult or unlikely it may be) is unacceptable at this point. Anyone who lays down and accepts defeat has turned their back on all of us and this country. I don't give a fuck what excuses they may have, this is way too important not to fight to the very end for. Now is the time to fight the absolute hardest with everything we have, otherwise we don't deserve the freedoms that our founding fathers gave us in the first place. So many people have bled and died for our freedoms, we cannot take that for granted or else we will spend the rest of our lives knowing that we could have done more to try and stop it.

You're right. Problem is, judges are part of the system which rigged the elections. There was huge non-partisan effort to remove Trump and courts are in on it.

You are right about that. That's okay, I'm prepared and ready to fight, and based on your username I imagine you are too. If they want a fight, we will give it to them. Sometimes, we have no choice and cannot rely on others to do it for us. Especially these piece of shit corrupt lawmakers and judges.

'Republicans' across the board were pretty happy to stand back and let Democrats nuke DJT. And the GA the legislative 'Republicans' showed that they are more afraid of BLM/Antifa than their own constituents and the executive 'Republicans' showed that they can be easily bought off.

What none of them truly appreciates is that they're the next target. And we're the the only ones who could have stood for them. But they chose not to stand for us - which was their FVCKING JOB.

I don't know if America will even make it to the 2022 primaries. But on the GOP side it'll be a BLOODBATH if DJT isn't sworn in on Jan 20.
