You can now use cryto block chain stuff. Where your voter ID is registered in the precinct where you live, and it is only verified by a hand-shake of others that live and registered in your area. It is extremely difficult to crack a system like that, but you can audit ''everything'' in an instant. No way to get around this security, and once it is used elections will have integrity again, and also add a paper trail with thumb print for safeguarding the digital record. The election in these states was clearly unconstitutional and must be thrown out. I don't know why the SCOTUS would have an issue ruling this because it would just punt it to the legislatures who would then be the ones to decide which electors to send. It's not like the justices themselves would have to decide on the result.

If you re-scan ballots, or you drop a stack of ballots that aren't connected to registered voters, you create an over-vote situation.

The election in these states was clearly unconstitutional and must be thrown out. I don't know why the SCOTUS would have an issue ruling this because it would just punt it to the legislatures who would then be the ones to decide which electors to send. It's not like the justices themselves would have to decide on the result.

If you re-scan ballots, or you drop a stack of ballots that aren't connected to registered voters, you create an over-vote situation.
Re-scanning should be easily uncovered with a simple recount.
Ballot-laundering is a more serious problem. If you have 300,000 ballots and you only checked off 200,000 registered voter names, the only course of action is to toss all 300,000 votes.
