Their request for injunctive relief is denied. The case is not scheduled to be heard, as far as I know, but it's not been outright rejected. I believe their team can file briefs to add to the TX v GA case if they want, which may make their case moot.

3
qwertyuiop123 3 points ago +4 / -1

From what I have read on here, this is wrong. Injunctive relief was needed if there were no other lawsuits. Their application for injunctive relief was made irrelevant by the TX case. At least this is what I was told. I have no idea.

Do you have video editing skills? Solid research skills? Signal analysis skills? math/stat graphics extra good in excel, etc?

2

My video editing skills are rusty but I believe that I could be brought up to speed with some Skillshare type videos. Yes to research skills. Network security was my hobby 20 years ago but I never pursued a career in that field. My current field is property management and property development. Just let me know if there is anything that I can help out with.

Hey, the odds of Biden not getting enough of those late votes are only 999,999,999,999,999 in 1,000,000,000,000,000 according to the math. The Joepedo still has a chance!

15
thatsoutrageous 15 points ago +15 / -0

So you're telling me there's a chance!

15
bitterbut_true 15 points ago +15 / -0

Almost the same chance as a hurricane blowing through an aircraft wrecking yard and assembling an intact 747. Theoretically its possible. So Joe won :)

You just basically said that there is a 99.9999999999999% chance he did win those votes.

My boss came to me after the first debate and really felt that Trump “lost” because how he he acted during it. He really believed Trump shot himself in the foot. He’s a small business owner, and Trump supporter and voted R all of his life but he firmly believed it. I told him Trump’s base doesn’t give a fuck how he acts and it’s a reason WHY he won in 2016. Anyone who tells you otherwise is an idiot and isn’t paying attention to his base.

I told him to quit watching Fox News and every other MSM outlet.

The other day he stormed in all pissed off and was telling me how much fraud has been uncovered. I agreed and gave him an, “I told ya so.” His son who also works there was telling us, “Guys I voted for him, but he lost!” Hes an avid Fox News/CNN watcher, but not as informed. I told him he’s the perfect brain washing candidate for them because he just eats up whatever they say with no skepticism whatsoever. Nice guy, just kind of a dope sometimes.

The MSM’s efforts to demoralize TRUMP republicans is sadly having an effect, which is why it’s so important that people on here spread the news. Get your family, friends, and co-workers off of the MSM’s vice grip. It’s possible, and the more eyes you open, the healthier this country will become.

Also, does he think all those people who came forward to swear an oath to tell people about the fraud were all invited to do so by GEOTUS?

The bottom line is that if the message doesn't fit their narrative, they simply don't hear it.

MORE STATES! MORE! LET'S GO! UNLIMITED POWER!

9
kag-2020- 9 points ago +9 / -0

Which states have joined so far? I think Louisiana did last night and I heard Missouri did this morning.

5
pepesbiceps 5 points ago +13 / -8 (edited)

No state so far, read update 4 for details on LA here: https://thedonald.win/p/11QlTuYt7R/massive-disinformation-effort-on/c/

EDIT: The president says that states are joining, and so expects them to join. None have joined thus far. Do not stop contacting your AGs, Reps, and Govs, demanding them to join the TX lawsuit and file amicus briefs, something which no state has done thus far.

7
pedercover 7 points ago +10 / -3

The president literally just said numerous states have joined, this is outdated

5
pepesbiceps 5 points ago +11 / -6

Read POTUS' tweet very carefully. I also expect other states to join, none have joined thus far. Which is why it's still important to reach out to your AGs, Govs, and Reps, and demand them to join as well as file amicus briefs.

6
deleted 6 points ago +7 / -1
3
pepesbiceps 3 points ago +4 / -1

Right, he's indicating that many other states will join the case. I'm simply pointing out that no other state has joined the TX lawsuit yet, and so we shouldn't stop contacting and pressuring our AGs.

1
deleted 1 point ago +2 / -1
2
pepesbiceps 2 points ago +4 / -2 (edited)

Not WRONG. The moment I'm wrong, I'll update the post.

Here's the case: https://www.supremecourt.gov/search.aspx?filename=/docket/docketfiles/html/public/22o155.html

Notice how there's no additional plantiffs yet, and no other state has filled an amicus brief. Furthermore, if any state AG has joined, they would have put out a statement with the same information. While I do expect states to join, they haven't done so yet. So its not sweing disinformation, it's informing our users of what's actually happened, and so we shouldn't stop contacting our AGs damnit.

EDIT: 9 hours ago, this was true. Obviously, now we're in a much better position. Keep up the good work pedes, keep phoning your legislatures and your AGs and demand them to #FightForTrump

This is it. This is the big enchilada. If this fails, it not only puts a pin in Trump's admin. It changes the country forever, even the world. They would have solidified that the US Constitution can be subverted when there is a national emergency declared. This opens up unlimited abuse of the constitution, so say goodbye to your ARs.

21
JimmyR 21 points ago +21 / -0 (edited)

Levin was all depressed about the PA case last night and was mystified by the Court's immediate rejection of the injunction appeal, when they had made such a big deal about the case beforehand. Why suddenly reject an appeal without comment when you had made such a big deal about it? (He also predicted that the court is going to dismiss the case itself.)

Here's an explanation for the SCOTUS's behavior. The Court hadn't made up its mind. Then, at midnight a few hours before the Court would have to make up its mind, the Texas suit appeared. This suit encompasses the PA case and more, making the PA case unnecessary. So, the Court immediately dismissed the PA appeal.

This a bit on the hopium side, but it explains the inexplicable.

2
FireannDireach 2 points ago +2 / -0

The PA case is too PA specific to expect it to solve the problems overall. The TX case does that. Pedes have been saying for weeks, "But if we win one state, what about the others?" This filing by TX answers that. But Kelly should have filed. There should be MORE lawsuits, to bring attention to the steal. If it fails, that sucks, but it's one battle of a very big war.

I didn't see the TX case coming. They've obviously been working on it a while, and it's reasonable to believe that Rudy, Sidney, and the President knew and were sharing all their info with them. It could explain the President's confidence. If the Texas case didn't exist, I'd be really upset about Kelly's case.

(CNN)The Supreme Court on Tuesday denied a request from Pennsylvania Republicans to block certification of the commonwealth's election results, delivering a near fatal blow to the GOP's long-shot bid to invalidate President-elect Joe Biden's victory. The Supreme Court's action is a crushing loss for Trump, who has frequently touted the high court's potential to overturn his election loss. ...

3
GoldwaterVoter 3 points ago +3 / -0

My eyes were opened to CNN in Sept. 2000:

After Labor Day, Bush campaign had a reboot, sending GOP governors off around the country. There were 31 GOP governors, including W, so 30 planned to go. One had a family event, so only 29 of the 30 showed up on Capitol steps at press conference for kickoff. Guess what Wolf Blitzed called the fraction 29/30 ??

All but one, vast majority, almost all, ...???

So everything boiled down to this? So you can cheat in an election as much as you want and there is no recourse except have the highest court in the land somehow overturn it. This seems a bit insane to me. At this point I don't believe anybody got elected except if they ran in opposed.

2
FireannDireach 2 points ago +2 / -0

Pretty much. Vote fraud has been going on forever, they just were never this blatant, because the Dems and outside forces like Soros have been taking over the mechanisms of law and order across the country for decades, and were in position to pull this off (or so they think.)

If you think about it, this is the first time any real attention has been paid to issues with the vote since 2000. Or ever. "Go along to get along" is the mantra in DC and states - don't talk about ballot theft, because we might all lose our cushy government jobs, doncha know.

Trump is the first President to try and blow this all wide open. Because he's not part of the system/swamp. Nobody wants to believe the corruption is this deep, this firmly rooted, they want to stay in their warm, comfy bubble with their Netflix and avocado toast. That's what's pushing back the hardest - complacency.

Maybe an unpopular opinion, but I personally think it might suit POTUS to not weigh in on this one, so that the SCOTUS can leave any personal biases against him to the side (at least four of them won't), and let the case be about we the people.

Any thoughts?

I'm sure all his lawyers are telling him that. His angle is public support for whatever can happen.

LiskaEman 4 points ago +4 / -0

I agree with you! And his intervention thing worried me. Texas is in a really unique position and I don’t want any biases to undermine that. I’m sure the Sekulow’s, Ellis and Rudy will advise him correctly.

Sorry to correct you, Mr. Dr. GEOTUS, but the majority of Americans KNOW the election was rigged. Even dems know but I don't expect sociopaths to be forthcoming with the truth about their depravity.

The left went far too big with their cheating for it to be overlooked. Every state that refuses to join shows that they are ALSO GUILTY OF CHEATING and dont want to get involved. If you didnt cheat, your name needs to be on this.

Page 18. Bullet 55. Pennsylvania did not segregate all ballots received after 8PM like Justice Alito ordered. Boockvar's claim that only 10,000 ballots were received after this deadline has no way of being proven. It may be hundreds of thousands of ballots.

Yea, I don't understand the doomer mentality here. PA is a cluster fuck and I don't see how the SC can ignore

So SCOTUS did decline PA fully? I thought yesterday it was all going well? What is happening?

1
Scotty1954 1 point ago +2 / -1

NO! The case is sill live .... only the request for an immediate injunction was declined. The PA case is STILL LIVE!

4
webthing 4 points ago +4 / -0

Fox news is reporting the case was declined. 🤡

Ok cool, so it must still be in the works

Give that one up. SCOTUS backstabbed Kelly and the POTUS on that one

5
ChrztyAnn 5 points ago +5 / -0

Tx is the United States angel, thank you Texas and every state joining/supporting this lawsuit

4
mugatucrazypills 4 points ago +4 / -0

I think we need to play up the PA argument that "if you decide against us we will cause riots and violence" more in the court of public opinion.

Sadly the problem is both sides feel this way. The good news is trump did win and I'd bet that biden got a fraction of his "81 million votes" so there's not really much to worry about as far as civil war or whatever. The bad news is the idiot left won't actually look at any evidence or can't be reasoned with. Like how the fuck can you "disenfranchise" a voter whos dead or someone who voted 30x because of fraud? Thats just dems cheating. But the narrative will for sure be "trump stole it, this is dangerous for our democracy, this is sedition, blah blah blah"

Beyond the obvious fraud of letting dead voters vote, you disenfranchise voters when you allow for illegal elections that break election law. PA eliminating safe guards like signature verification on mailed in ballots without changing election law is the poster child for this shitshow of the 2020 election.

We have been waiting for the Pennsylvania Kelly case. Ted Cruz was ready to argue that case. Ted said it was a strong case. Is that case essentially gone now??

DukemNukem1 1 point ago +2 / -1

The case itself was not denied,it was just the Injunction relief that was denied.

I would never correct our great President Trump but we don't "think" they election was rigged. WE KNOW THE 2020 ELECTOIN WAS RIGGED!!!!!!

President Trump starts his second term in JAN 2021 one way or another.

Also, Sidney said she'd have several of her cases on the SCOTUS docket by end of week. Anyone have any update on those?

MSNBC is a gaslighting terrorist organization.

But I thought someone on here told me only Texas was suing and not other states?

2

Yeah. Only TX. Where is the paperwork with any other state legally joining TX?

Can someone get me up to speed, here? The Texas case is our Last Best Hope? OR are there still Rudy or Sidney cases filed that are out there? I get the impression that we're down to only the Texas case (God bless Texas) but there MUST BE MORE....right?
