This is a shit article. Nothing about electors clause which is the foundation of the case, nothing about governors/SoS unilaterally dictating election law without the legislature. Literally just says mail in ballots

Notice how none of those AG even mention what Texas is arguing. The closest is the MI AG saying that everything that Texas is arguing has already been dismissed by judges, except we know that they’ve been dismissed on technicalities, not merits.
